Top Management: The CEO and Managing Director provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and oversight of the company’s performance.
Administrative & Finance Division: Handles financial control, accounting, HR, and administration to support daily operations and compliance.
Farm Operations Division: Led by the Farm Manager, this division supervises crop cultivation (ginger, almonds, vegetables), livestock (cattle, goats, poultry), and aquaculture. Each sector has its own supervisor with specialized teams of operators, harvesters, maintainers, and general workers.
Technical & Maintenance Division: Overseen by the Chief Engineer, this division ensures reliable operation of all technical systems, irrigation, electricity, plumbing, and machinery, supported by general workers.
General Workers: Present across all sectors to provide essential hands-on support in planting, harvesting, cleaning, animal care, and day-to-day farm activities.
