Datin Sri Salihah Binti Kasim is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in corporate management, operations, and technology-based service industries. Over the years, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership across multiple sectors — from manufacturing and facility maintenance to professional cleaning and industrial services. Her keen understanding of modern business practices, coupled with her ability to integrate technological innovation into daily operations, has positioned her as a dynamic and forward-thinking entrepreneur.

As Managing Director of Bright Expression Lda and Executive Director of Hansal Agro Sdn Bhd, Datin Sri Salihah plays a pivotal role in expanding the group’s footprint into agribusiness, plantation, and sustainable farming ventures. Working alongside Dato’ Sri Hanif, she oversees the operational, financial, and administrative aspects of the companies’ agricultural divisions — ensuring smooth coordination from land development to production and distribution.

Under her guidance, Hansal Agro has successfully leased and revitalized idle government and private lands, transforming them into productive agricultural zones. These lands are cultivated with high-value vegetables and crops, including temperature-controlled greenhouse produce for consistent quality and yield. She has also implemented systematic approaches for post-harvest processes — ensuring all produce is cleaned, graded, packed, and efficiently distributed to local supermarkets, markets, and retail outlets through the company’s own logistics division, complete with its own fleet of delivery vehicles.

Datin Sri Salihah is also deeply involved in livestock farming, overseeing the breeding and management of cattle, goats, and poultry. The company maintains strict hygiene and welfare standards, and once the livestock reaches maturity, selected animals are processed at licensed government slaughterhouses before being packaged and distributed to leading supermarkets and local markets.

Her hands-on management style, strong organizational discipline, and close collaboration with both staff and clients have earned her a reputation as a dedicated and people-oriented leader. Through Bright Expression’s ventures in Portugal’s greenhouse ginger farming sector, she continues to drive the group’s vision of sustainable growth, innovation, and international partnership — building a bridge between Malaysia’s agricultural expertise and Europe’s emerging market opportunities.
