Dr. Mohamed Kaisarul Haq is a distinguished academic and corporate strategist with over 30 years of experience in international partnerships, human resource development, and corporate management across Asia, the Middle East, and North America. A recipient of the prestigious Commonwealth Scholarship (UK Government) and holding a Ph.D. in Management from Limkokwing University of Creative Technology, Malaysia, Dr. Haq has built an illustrious career spanning education, corporate consultancy, and global project management.

He has served in senior leadership roles including Director of International Partnerships at PRAN-RFL Group (Bangladesh) and consultant positions with major organizations in Canada, China, and the Middle East, where he was instrumental in developing strategic collaborations, global training programs, and industrial workforce development initiatives. As the founder of Career Builders Limited, he successfully trained more than 24,000 professionals across multiple sectors, shaping the human capital landscape of Bangladesh’s industrial and service sectors.

In addition to his academic and corporate achievements, Dr. Haq has served as an Adjunct Professor of Management and Human Resource Studies at several international universities, including Jesselton University College (Malaysia) and Cape Breton University (Canada). His strong background in strategic planning, cross-border collaboration, and capacity building makes him an invaluable contributor to Bright Expression Lda’s international growth strategy.
